Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics – University of Nairobi
• Diploma (ISK) in Valuation and Estate Management
• Full Member – Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK)
• Registered & Practicing Valuer – Valuers Registration Board under the Valuers Act (Cap 532, Laws of Kenya)

Douglas has worked across both private and public sectors, contributing his valuation expertise in multiple regions including Nairobi, Murang’a, Nakuru, Naivasha, and Meru. His experience spans the valuation of all types of properties across Kenya, making him a well-rounded and highly capable professional in the real estate industry.
